The Magnetic and Electrical Industrial Park Construction Project (Phase I) is undertaken by Shanghai Baoye Construction Group Co., Ltd. The total construction area of this project is 365,000 square meters, with an occupied land area of 122,700 square meters and a planned construction area of 155,400 square meters. The construction mainly includes the construction and installation of buildings, equipment purchase, and other related works for factories, research buildings, dormitories, and ancillary facilities. It also includes the construction of public infrastructure such as roads, squares, parking lots, water supply and drainage, electricity, and landscaping within the park. The project aims to build a magnetic and electrical industrial cluster covering the entire value chain of magnetic materials and their products, electromagnetic components and parts, and related mechanical and electrical products.
